How does an Austin Spring Mini Session differ from a full session?
A regular photo session starts at $525 and runs sixty to ninety minutes in length at the location of your choice. A mini session is conducted at a specific location chosen by the photographer lasting ten minutes. Early bird pricing is $150 + tax for one week, $175 + tax thereafter.

What is included in the Austin Spring Mini Session and what does it include?
Pricing is $175 and includes a phone consultation to discuss wardrobe, location, and meeting details, a ten-minute session, an online gallery of 30+ images for proofing, sharing and ordering, and ten downloadable high-resolution images of your choosing.

How do I sign up for an Austin Spring Mini Session?
Contact Ziem at 850.319.4591 or send a note to z@ziemphotography.com with your preferred date and time slot (availability below), then submit a non-refundable deposit via PayPal. The remaining balance is due at the session.

What happens next?
Within two weeks of the session date, you will receive proofs for previewing and ordering. From there, you will have the opportunity to select ten images for downloading and purchase additional digital negatives + prints.

What is the plan for inclement weather?
In the event of rain, the mini session will be postponed exactly seven days from your originally scheduled date and time. Please also be sure to reserve this time and date when booking your mini session.

Alas, every January and February I find myself cramming in all the Oscar-nominated films in time for the big night. That’s not to say a good classic movie can’t be a great source of photographic interest for this Photographer-in-Chief. Austin Family Lifestyle Photography

Family is a craftsman’s best piece of work. A rather successful one requires a lot of hand-in-hand and growing together as one. It is a work of art that requires immeasurable patience, hard work and love. Earlier today, I was blessed to photograph a great example of family. They recently welcomed Baby C – adopted just a few weeks ago out of state – into their loving home. It’s obvious she is loved by brothers, parents and grandparents to call her forever own. Tara contacted me just last week after having “poured over many photos” before stumbling upon my website. We instantly connected and chatted for a while, surprised our paths had not yet crossed. They spend half the year away so I’m glad the stars aligned today. Grandparents arrived earlier that morning, the weather was perfect and the boys were a joy to work with. I almost didn’t want to leave. . . but they had some bribes to cash in post-shoot.

Austin Photographers Dream Come True Shoot

If you’re in need of a boost, you’ve come to the right place. Here’s a family I’ve loved working with over the last three years. From Leila’s cake smash, to her first birthday party, quickly followed by Lawson’s maternity and newborn portraits, and then a bubble bath session, I have enjoyed the photos and working with them – every time a little more. Yesterday was no exception; I met these lovely friends for a “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” inspired shoot and to call it a photographer’s dream come true wouldn’t be enough. I know you’ll enjoy them as much I as I do so get ready to swoon in three, two, one . . . austin photographers

What I love most about Sandy is her enthusiasm and discerning taste when it comes to her family’s photographs. (** OK and she’s got some pretty rockin’ dance moves too! **) To transform Leila into a modern-day Audrey, we came up with a straight lined, elegant black dress with a mesh neckline so darling and so interesting. Sandy added a few timeless touches including long, black satin gloves and a tiara. I happened to have a pair of enormous clip-ons which Leila delightfully wore because any child of Sandy’s is destined for a life of fabulousness. Those bling-y earrings gave the photographs wow factor without competing with her hair ornament.
